Production Planner - BWX Technologies, Inc. - Barberton, OH

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepares master and detailed schedules for the fabrication of large multi-part components as well as for the supporting documents, tooling, and material.
  • Monitors component progress and interfaces with all departments to ensure activities occur as planned.
  • Prepares manhour/manpower projections and resource load studies.
  • The use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project as well as ERP software SAP is required on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications / Requirements

  • Qualifications include strong communication and coordination skills, interest in working with multiple disciplines in support of manufacturing and adept with Scheduling Software Programs and familiarity with manufacturing operations.
  • Associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience or 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a DOE issued Security Clearance.
