Production Planner

Location: Northern Suburbs

Department: Production Planning

Reports To: Director of Manufacturing / Manufacturing Executive

What Youll Be Responsible For

Planning & Coordination

• Ensure materials are ready to meet production needs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to review requirements.
• Generate and distribute work orders and production schedules.
• Adjust schedules proactively based on operational changes.
• Align production timelines with forecasts and strategic goals.

Recordkeeping & Administration

• Accurately capture production data.
• Track and report on delays, changes, or cost shifts.
• Handle various administrative duties as needed.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years in a production planning role.
• Solid grasp of production workflows and quality principles.
• Proven experience using JDE (scheduler, work order reconciliation, MRP I & II).

Education

Degree or Diploma in relevant field
