Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Duration: Minimum 1-month assignment, with the possibility of extension

Start Date: Immediate

Our client is seeking a Production Operator / Clicker Press Operator for an immediate-start opportunity. This is an entry-level manufacturing position, and no previous experience is required. Training will be provided.

The successful candidate will operate a hydraulic clicker press used to cut gaskets and other non-metallic materials to customer specifications while maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a hydraulic clicker press to manufacture gaskets and other die-cut components.

• Load and position materials and cutting dies for production.

• Read and follow work orders and production instructions.

• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure specifications are met.

• Track production quantities and complete basic documentation.

• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic preventative maintenance.

• Assist with material handling and other general production duties as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (required).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is an asset but not required.

Requirements

• Steel-toed boots are required.

• Reliable transportation or access to transportation is preferred but not mandatory.
