About the Role：

We are hiring Production Operators for a leading photovoltaic (PV) cell manufacturing facility in Indiana. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate automated or semi-automated PV cell production equipment

• Monitor production processes and ensure stable output

• Assist with basic machine checks and routine maintenance tasks

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational SOPs

• Record production data and report issues promptly

• Maintain a clean and organized working environment

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and engineering teams

Requirements：

• No prior skills or manufacturing experience required

• Ability to communicate effectively in English as required for safety, training, and operational instructions.

• Must have valid U.S. work authorization

• Able to work rotating shifts (day shift and night shift)

• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks

Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn

Compensation & Benefits：

• Competitive hourly wage (final rate to be discussed during the interview process)

• 1.5× overtime pay for all eligible overtime hours

• Monthly production bonus ranging from USD $300–$400, based on performance

• Bi-weekly payroll schedule

• Daily training stipend of USD $30 provided during the training period

• Additional benefits may be offered depending on employment status and location
