You independently operate and maintain at least one process or equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in M2/SC1/Multi roles, where you will support production across multiple lines and equipment. This role offers variety and the opportunity to develop skills across several processes in our manufacturing environment.

How you will contribute

  • Independently operate and maintain production equipment across assigned Packing areas.
  • Execute standard work processes using IL6S methodologies to ensure safe and efficient production.
  • Participate in loss analysis (5 Why and RCA tool), reduce line stoppages, and downtime elimination.
  • Support quality assurance and safety compliance activities.
  • Work flexibly across different packing roles (M2/SC1/Multi) to meet business needs.

  • Experience in operating machinery within a food or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to be versatile and work around highly automated equipment and manual packing roles depending on the business requirements.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team.

More about this role

Job specific requirements: Previous food manufacturing or packing experience highly regarded. This role is around a manual packing line where product needs to be packed from trays to finished good shippers.

Work schedule: Shift-based role – Afternoon Shift.
