Do something that moves you:

• Operate machinery and assist in formulation, progressing towards full competence.
• Rotate through tasks for cross-skilling and flexibility.
• Implement clean-down processes and follow production plans.
• Address equipment issues and ensure quality standards in packaging.
• Train on packing line operations under supervision.

Does this sound like you?

• Background in packaging, chemical production, or FMCG preferred.
• Completed Year 11 or equivalent, with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Cert IV in Competitive Manufacturing Excellence is a plus.
• Solutions-focused mindset and commitment to safety.
• Strong team player who takes ownership of their role.
• Physically able to work on your feet and handle machinery.
