I. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

Operate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps, and other chemical processing equipment according to established procedures.

Measure, weight, and load raw materials into production equipment following batch instructions.

Perform in-process quality checks and record production data accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.

Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.

Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including the use of PPE.

Support preventive maintenance activities and basic equipment adjustments.

Complete production documentation and ensure accurate inventory transactions.

Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.

Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

II. REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or technical degree in a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in production or manufacturing (chemical industry preferred).
  • Ability to operate industrial equipment and follow safety protocols.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing).

  • Knows the fundamentals of industrial process equipment, tools.
  • Identifies and assists in the resolution of issues to improve efficiency.
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform and follow the correct procedures.
  • Open and promptly communicate.

VI. QUALITY

  • Take samples of product during the process.
  • Accurately performs all requirements, following the quality policies.
  • Demonstrates the ability to anticipate problems and take corrective actions as needed, documenting them appropriately.
  • Participates in all audits that evaluate the quality system.

VII. SAFETY

  • Active in contributing to safety programs and promotes and enforces those instructions and rules.
  • Proactively promotes and maintains housekeeping standards throughout the entire plant.
