The role:

As a Production Operator I, you will help drive our goals by:

• Following standard operating procedures to manufacture platinum group metal alloys and components

Operatingand setting up production equipment safely and effectively

Monitoringproduct quality using measuring equipment and recording process data accurately

• Working with colleagues to meet production targets and customer demand

• Supporting waste reduction and continuous improvement activities

• Inspecting,testingand packaging materials ready for further processing or customer delivery

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Ability to follow clear procedures andmaintainstrong attention to detail

Good communicationskills and ability to work effectively in a team

• Commitment to health,safetyand environmental standards

• Basic IT skills and confidence working with data and systems

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (desirable)

• Good manual dexterity and coordination with the ability to handle materials safely
