You will be responsible to:

  • Ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, including highly potent compounds, following cGMP, HSE, and business requirements;

  • Organize, execute, and autonomously perform production activities according to procedures, instructions, and established schedules;

  • Complete, maintain, and ensure accuracy of all required production documentation and equipment records;

  • Promote safety and quality by identifying risks, proposing improvements, and using PPE and equipment correctly;

  • Develop strong technical knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, LIMS, SchedulePro);

  • Support training, induction, and integration of new or transferred operators, sharing expertise and best practices;

  • Maintain clean, organized facilities and ensure equipment calibration, identification, and proper use;

  • Participate in audits, investigations, meetings, and training while proactively communicating issues and proposing solutions;

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, document revisions, and performance review requirements;

  • Perform additional tasks as required, ensuring full compliance with GMP, legal, and HSE regulations.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

  • Full secondary education;

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with knowledge of process systems used in fine chemicals or pharmaceutical operations;

  • Strong understanding of Hovione unit operations and GMP regulations;

  • Ability to perform tasks defined in the technical competences matrix for the functional area;

  • Numerical capability for basic arithmetic and solid computer literacy;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency is highly desirable;

  • Ability to work in shift patterns and operate effectively in a regulated environment;

  • Possesses the knowledge, experience, and skills required to perform all assigned tasks according to established procedures.
