Salary:

  • Days: £25,165.80
  • Nights: £27,225.00

What you’ll be doing

As a Production Operator, you’ll play an important role in making sure our products are produced safely, efficiently and consistently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating production and packing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Monitoring machine performance and product quality
  • Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments
  • Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
  • Recording production data accurately
  • Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
  • Keeping your work area clean, safe and tid

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for people who are motivated, dependable and keen to develop.

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is important, and food production experience would be a real advantage. You’ll also need:

  • An eye for detail – to carry out quality checks and make sure every product meets our high standards
  • Practical skills – to operate and adjust machinery safely and effectively
  • Reliability – we work as a team and depend on each other to keep production running smoothly
  • Adaptability – things can change quickly on a production line, so being able to stay calm, think on your feet and solve problems is important
  • A willingness to learn – we’re looking for people who want to develop their skills and build a long-term career with us
