Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Operate production, processing, and packaging equipment following established procedures and production schedules.
  • Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate problems when required to minimize downtime.
  • Perform quality checks and in-process testing to ensure products meet food safety, quality, and customer specifications.
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately to maintain traceability and process control.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and actively contribute to a safe workplace.
  • Work closely with team members and support departments to achieve production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with training new operators and participate in ongoing development opportunities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, food production, or FMCG environment preferred.
  • Ability to operate machinery and production equipment safely and effectively.
  • Good attention to detail with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and manual handling.
  • Reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexible to work shifts when required.
