You independently operate and maintain at leas one process or equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are made in a safe environment, meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing process.

This role is part time on a rotating shift - Day/Afternoon/Night, with a base rate of $40.04 per hour following initial training.

You’re key responsibilities include;

  • Following safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

  • Producing products according to specifications and Quality standards

  • Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet Quality standards

  • Setting up, operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery and equipment

  • Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance

  • Use of SAP and other online computer systems

  • Active use of lean manufacturing tools including 5Y, Kaizen and One Point Lessons to reduce losses across the plant

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

  • Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

  • Reporting any issues to the Shift Leader or Manager

What you will bring
