We are now looking for Production Operator to be based in Zimbabwe Harare Factory.
The Operator is responsible for operating processing and filling lines and ensuring the continuous production of high-quality products in accordance with established instructions and production plans. The role requires maintaining optimal output while adhering strictly to hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The Operator must ensure that all production activities are carried out in line with the Production Officers instructions and company requirements. In addition, the Operator is responsible for adopting, updating, and reporting on business systems and programs such as SAP and DMO, as well as generating GLOBE reports as required. The role also involves ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of production processes while consistently maintaining product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
