We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team in Malmö. This hands-on role is responsible for supporting daily production and dispatch activities while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently achieved. You will play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly through equipment operation, basic maintenance activities, quality checks, and material handling.

What you will do

• Carry out production and dispatch activities safely and efficiently.
• Operate batch processing machinery in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform basic maintenance and repair activities on plant and equipment.
• Ensure accurate production documentation and SAP transaction processing.
• Conduct product quality assessments during production.
• Receive, store, move, and dispatch raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and contribute to a safe workplace.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance operational performance.

What you bring

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Forklift Truck Licence, where applicable.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to work accurately, follow procedures, and meet deadlines.
• Flexible, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Bilingual proficiency in Swedish and English is required.
