Pay Rate:$2797perhour . Plus shift differential $1.50 per hour

Shift & Working Hours:4:45PM to 5:15AM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

Sign on Bonus: $1500 - $250 paid after30 daysof employment. $500 paid after 6 months of employment. $750 paid after 12 months of employment.

 In the Sybil Operator role you will monitor overall cheese making of the Sybil process tomaintainhigh quality and productivity standardsProficient in all phases (process and CIP of equipment), including, but not limited to the job duties listed below. Required Skills & Qualifications

• 18 years or older

• 1+ year of work experience (manufacturing preferred)

• Basic computer and math skills

• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Strong attention to detail and ability tomaintainaccuraterecords

• Ability to learn equipment operation, testing, and sanitation processes

• Willingness to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement efforts

• Strong communicationskills to work with production, R&D, and Engineering

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and reliability

Experience:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Experience in high-speed or highly automated environments is a plus

• Experience with equipment operation, troubleshooting, or maintenance preferred

• Forklift experience or certification preferred

Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:

• Lift/carry up to 50lbs

• Frequent movement (walking, standing, bending, lifting, etc.)

• Work in PPE and varying environments (hot, cold, dusty, chemical exposure)

• Work scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
