The Holdrege manufacturing facility runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, producing 2.3 billion medical devices annually.Our team includesapproximately 450 people acrossouroperationonboth day and night shifts.

What Does a Production Operator Do?
As a Production Operator,you’llbe at the heart of our manufacturing process.Here’swhat your typical day might look like:
Gown up with the required PPE (personal protective equipment) and safety shoes.
Start your shift by checking in with your team and reviewing the day’s goals.
Depending on whether you work in Molding, Assembly, Packaging or Warehouse, you will set up andoperatethe relevantmachinesand equipmentthatmold, assemble and packageourinsulin syringes and alcohol swabs.
Regularly throughout your shift, you will inspect the products and perform in-process checks to ensure products meet ourhighqualitystandardsand regulatoryrequirements
Completing inspectionand quality documentationis the norm in a highly regulated medical devices facility and willbe a criticalpart of your role
At times, you will moverawmaterial suppliesand finished products tothe necessary locations in the facility.
You will continuallymonitorthe equipmentfor output and issues and help problem-solve efficiently and quickly should something go wrong.
You will work as part of a highly engaged teamto keep everything running smoothly and safely, with safety being your highestpriority.
Paperwork Matters
In this role,accuratepaperwork is essential. It helps us prove our products aresafe,meetour regulatoryrequirementsand ensures we can trace and fix any issues quickly. Ifyou'redetail-oriented and like doing things right, this isthe job for you!
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience working with or fixing manufacturing equipment
Excellent attention to detailinreadingand completingproductquality checksand documentation
Comfortable using computers and basic software like Microsoft Office
Good communicationskills and a team-first attitude
Reliable, organized, and ready to learn
An innate focus on safety,naturally integratingsafety considerations intoyourdaily work and decision making
