The Opportunity:
The Production Operator role is a hands-on role that contributes to the successful operation of
our Packaging division. You will be required to work as part of a team, ensuring that packaging
priorities and requirements are being achieved in a safe manner. You will play a key role in
ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes are performed and maintained.
You will be operating food manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality food products.
These products include Yeast Flakes, Powders, Greenies, Schmakos and MyDog. The role
requires you to be on your feet and handle physical tasks for the entirety of the shifts. You will
support production operations by performing assembly, packing, palletising, product labelling
and housekeeping duties. You will follow safety protocols, ensure cleanliness and assist with
product changeovers.

You will be required to work in a food safe environment which requires full PPE to ensure we are
meeting compliance standards.
(Bonus points if you have experience in FMCG and have an understanding of HACCP
regulations!).

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
