Where You’ll Make a Difference
· Operate and control manufacturing equipment to support production line activities
· Monitor machinery performance to ensure efficient and safe operations
· Assist with packaging processes and ensure products meet quality standards
· Handle and work with heavy machinery in accordance with safety guidelines
· Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues or malfunctions
· Follow standard operating procedures and production schedules
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process
What Makes You the Right Fit
· Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred
· Ability to operate or learn to operate machinery and equipment safely
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
· Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
· Physical ability to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials as needed
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
· Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required
How Would You Stand Out?
· Prior experience working on automated or high-speed production lines
· Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
· Familiarity with GMP or safety compliance standards
