What You Will Do
Precision Packaging Take charge of packaging, labeling, andcartoningproducts, ensuring label accuracy, package seal integrity, and precise counts per package and carton.
Machine OperationStart-up,operate,and shutdown manual, semi-automatic,and automatic assembly/productionmachinesand processes.
Quality Assurance Perform quality inspections following Panduit’s quality systems and procedures, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
Safety First Prioritize safety by following Panduit’s safety guidelines and procedures, creating a secure work environment for all.
Waste Elimination Contribute to our commitment to excellence by performing daily 5S activities,eliminatingwaste, andoptimizingefficiency.
What You Will Bring
High school diploma orGED
Previousexperience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment preferred.
Ability to learn and adapt to new skills and knowledge quickly.
Basic mathematical skills andproficiencyin using a calculator.
Physical ability tolift upto 50lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and be on yourfeetmajority of shift.
