Production Operator Openings in Medina, OH
1st & 2nd Shift

MJ Morgan Group is looking for Production Associates to join our growing team. We value consistency and a strong work ethic, someone who wants to work in an environment recognizing dedication and career growth.

Job Information: General labor and machine/equipment operation tasks to assist in the repackaging of different polymers, rubbers, and other materials.

Shifts:
1st (7am - 3:30pm) - $18/hr
2nd (3pm – 11:30pm) - $19.50/hr

Contract/On-Boarding Process:
Temp-to-Hire / Resume required, interview required, drug test required.

This position has a clear track for training and growth within the company. Upon completing your hours, you will be converted to FTE to start your career!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years of age!
• Previous manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to work, learn and grow your career!
