Starting pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid in increments of $500 at 3, 6, and 12 months (subject to eligibility and attendance requirements).

Production Operators support manufacturing operations at the largest residential water heater facility in the United States. This role involves hands-on production work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
The Ashland City facility produces over two million water heaters annually and plays a key role in providing essential products that support safe and reliable hot water for homes and communities.
