Landa seeks a Production Operator to support its Pre-Press & Print function in accordance with the organization’s production targets.
Work as a member of the production team
· Execute all required tasks to achieve the weekly/monthly production targets
· Maintain the quality indicators and process control while adhering to process parameters and quality targets
· Support team tasks
· Propose and initiate suggestions for improvement
· Technical / Mechanical high-level understanding
· General high school / Technical education - an advantage
· Readiness to work longer hours and in shift mode (including evening shifts)
· Strong team player
· Good interpersonal skills
· A skillful "handyman" with high technical orientation
· Ability to work effectively under demanding timelines
· Good communication skills in both Hebrew & English
