Casual Production Operators – Night Shift

Nestlé Broadford Factory (VIC)

Nestlé Broadford is seeking reliable and safety-focused Casual Production Operators to support our operations on night shift. These roles are ideal for individuals who are flexible, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Night Shift Casual, you will play a key role in supporting production by ensuring product quality. Casual employees are an important part of our workforce and contribute to maintaining our high manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting product to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all safety procedures and work instructions
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Availability to work night shift (typically Sunday–Thursday nights, as required)
• Flexibility to be called in at short notice and arrive onsite within 1 hour
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A strong focus on safety and teamwork
• Basic communication and reliability

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.

Additional Information

• Casual employees are engaged on an hourly basis- on call roster
• Shift Times 11.30pm to 7.30am
• Experience working night shift if preferred
