The Production Operator is responsible for operating several different pieces of equipment inside and outside the building and performing a variety of tasks related to order fulfillment of composite decking.

Responsibilities
• Document and report material in computer, as processed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies and work areas.
• Assist in shipping and receiving of materials, tallying, identification, records and information.
• Participate and contribute to company safety program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Stand/walk for significant periods of time
• Be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
• Good manual dexterity, hand eye co-ordination
• Comfortable completing repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail
• Excellent trouble-shooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills
• Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Read and comprehend instructions, email correspondence, memos & schedules
• Communicate both verbally and electronically (email)
• Work independently and be flexible regarding work assignments
