What you will do:

  • Record production data accurately (performance, downtime, and scrap logs).
  • Verify correct work order codes and materials before production begins.
  • Support efficient material handling, staging, and replenishment to minimize downtime.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with other production operators, quality inspectors, and shift supervisors to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Assist with cross-training and support other decoration lines when needed.
  • Actively participate in problem-solving and process-improvement discussions.

What we need from you:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, take direction from others, and a willingness to learn new processes as required.
  • Must be able to meet minimum lifting weight requirements of 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods as required in a production environment.
  • Comfortable using computer equipment and systems relevant to the role.
