The Production Operator will perform assembly operations of different parts using tools, processes and equipment. The tasks are diverse and require a certain versatility.

Essential Functions:

• Setting up production equipment, including robots, machines, workstations, and inspection tools.
• Cleaning and maintaining working areas and production equipment to uphold a safe and efficient workspace.
• Performing manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as planned by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
• Monitoring the production process, conducting basic testing, and performing quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.
• Alerting the Team Leader to any process drifts or quality issues that arise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting, specifically with electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices.
• A strong focus on manufacturing effectiveness and quality standards.
• Collaborative and transparent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in the local language.
