As the Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating packaging and coating equipment, supporting production processes from raw material handling to final packaging and warehousing. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
ICL Specialty Fertilizers has a manufacturing plant in North Charleston, SC. The facility manufactures controlled-release fertilizer brands Osmocote®, Agroblen®, and Agrocote®. The sites currently run 24 x 5 basis and shifts assignments are on a 12-hour basis that does involve occasional overtime, weekends, and holiday coverage as necessary. Given the seasonal demand, the site may run up to 24 x 7 schedule.

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range: $20 - $30 an hour
Annual Bonus Target: 3%, subject to plan provisions.
