Job Description:
As a Production Operator at Star Services LLC, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure the efficient and safe production of goods. You will work closely with the production team and report to the Production Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of production equipment and processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
