About the Role

This part-time daily hire Production Operator role is based in a slaughterhouse environment, with flexible hours starting from 5:00 AM, Ongoing part-time work available across weekdays, depending on site schedules. The role includes:

• Collection, preparation, cleaning, and packaging of animal tissue and other biological material
• Completion of documentation as per Good Documentation Practices
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet strict safety and quality standards
• Adhering to hygiene, quality, and contamination prevention protocols
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Contributing to a team environment focused on efficiency and compliance
• Reporting any product or process deviations promptly
• Supporting production outcomes aligned with daily and weekly targets

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’ll provide full training – no previous experience is needed – but the following are essential:

• A willingness to learn and follow processes carefully
• Physical fitness – the role is physically demanding
• Comfortable working in a slaughterhouse/abattoir environment
• High attention to detail to complete documentation and handling precisely
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic
• Ability to take direction and feedback
• Own transport – essential, as our sites are not accessible by public transport
