Position Our Operator performs skilled tasks in rare earth magnet production, including machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks. This role requires familiarity with production equipment and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate primary magnet production equipment (e.g., pressing, sintering furnaces, machiningstations).
  • Perform setup and changeover of machines following established procedures.
  • Monitor process parameters and adjust settings within allowable limits.
  • Conduct in-process quality inspections using gauges, calipers, or microscopy tools.
  • Identifyand communicate equipment issues or process deviations.
  • Handle rare earth materials safely and follow contamination-control practices.
  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation for lot traceability and quality compliance.
  • Assistin trainingnewOperator Ipersonnel.

Knowledge, Skills &​​Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and process adjustments.
  • Good communicationskills and ability to work independently.
  • Consistent adherence to safety and quality standards.

MinimumRequirements:

  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
