About Us

Nu-Mega Ingredients Pty Ltd is one of the world’s leading suppliers of microencapsulated omega-3 and omega-6 powders, emulsions and nutritional oils. The company is a subsidiary of Clover Corporation, which listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 1999 (CLV).

We are looking for a highly motivated and safety-conscious Production Operator to monitor, control, and optimize the oil refining process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of refinery units, maintaining product quality, and adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control refinery processes, including oil receival and packaging
• Operate and maintain equipment, such as pumps, valves, and control systems
• Analyse process data and make adjustments to optimize production and product quality
• Collaborate with other operators and maintenance personnel to resolve issues and improve processes
• Implement safety protocols and process according to OHS standards
• Participate in training and development programs to stay up to date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

• Work with a close-knit team where we respect colleagues and expect same from you.
• Experience in oil refining or a related manufacturing industry
• Willingness to work rotating 12hr shifts including nights
• Have a valid forklift license with minimum 1 year experience
• Must be reliable and have strong Work ethic
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues
• Interested in growing within business and looking for long term stability
