You are responsible for
The Operator is responsible for the product quality output coming from the Operator’s setting, checks and adjustment of the line process.
Perform quality checks as defined by instructions/specification.
Report disturbances/deviations in the production process to the Manufacturing group leader
Assure components/parts/documents comply with quality specifications before handing over to next step in process.
Suggest improvements that contribute to improved quality, increased productivity and/or improved work environment.
Executes the processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of working including adherence to compliance with safety, regulatory- and environmental requirements as well as local laws, Philips General Business principles and other policies.
You are a part of
As a Production Operator, you will be part of a diverse team. You will work in Grids sub-department of the main CRR department.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Good communication skills in English and Dutch.
MBO qualification in a technical field is a prè.
Thorough and detail orientated.
Sense of technology.
Available in 2 shifts and flexible to adapt.
Your Daily tasks as a Production Operator:
Loading machines with the raw materials (glue and lead strips ext).
Adjusting and operating different machines.
Troubleshooting machine issues.
Working with protocols to ensure the quality and safety of the production.
Able to work well in a team.
This is an onsite Job.
