Plasman is actively hiring Production Operators, with a primary focus on 2nd shift positions We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to support our manufacturing operations and help stabilize our growing workforce.
Candidates may apply and interview on-site during the following scheduled times:
Tuesdays: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

The Production Operator plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations by ensuring production, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
Primary Need: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Must be flexible to work overtime, including early start or extended hours, based on production needs
Operate machinery and perform assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support team productivity and meet production targets
Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attendance and reliability
Willingness to work overtime as needed
