Your Key Responsibilities

• Cutting and trimming meat to exact specifications
• Adjusting machinery settings to meet product requirements
• Inspecting products for quality, including size, weight, color, and packaging
• Identifying faults and resolving or reporting issues promptly
• Preparing goods for dispatch, including packing, labeling, and wrapping
• Supporting goods in/goods out processes
• Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Performing additional tasks as trained and required
