Shifts: 4 on, 4 off - days and nights
We’re looking for an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead a shift team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You’ll be responsible for delivering production targets safely, on time and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role on the shop floor, managing people, performance and standards.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading and supervising a production team
Delivering KPIs across safety, quality, output, waste and yield
Managing attendance, performance and conduct
Driving daily production plans and resolving issues in real time
Ensuring compliance with food safety / GMP standards
Maintaining accurate production and performance records
Supporting continuous improvement activity
What We’re Looking For
Experience leading teams in manufacturing, food, FMCG, warehouse or similar
Strong people management and performance management skills
Confident managing absence, conduct and day-to-day ER issues
Comfortable working to KPIs and production targets
Good IT skills (production systems / reporting)
Resilient, practical and visible leader
