Industry: PHARMACEUTICAL

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Production Operation Manager to oversee the entire manufacturing cycle, workforce planning, output, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production planning, manpower deployment, and workflow.
• Ensure GMP standards are strictly applied.
• Coordinate production with QA/QC, R&D, warehouse, and engineering teams.
• Drive production performance KPIs (yield, rejection rate, downtime).
• Oversee machine capacity utilization and production cost control.
• Lead investigations for deviations, breakdowns, and process failures.
• Manage training, discipline, and performance of production staff.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance in the plant.

Main Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-7 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing; at least 2 years in a management role.
• Knowledge of tablet, capsule, filling, or packaging line operations.
• Strong leadership, process improvement, and problem-solving skills.
• Skills in production scheduling, KPI monitoring, cost control, GMP compliance, and conflict management.
