We are looking for a Production Network Planning Manager to join our Global Supply Chain Team in Subotica to balance demand and manufacturing capacity, optimize production allocation, and support strategic decision-making across our global manufacturing footprint.
About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for balancing demand and manufacturing capacity across Swarovski’s global production network. You will work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the right products are produced at the right location, at the right time, and at the right cost.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Develop and maintain mid- and long-term supply plans across a 3-18 month planning horizon.
Create production allocation scenarios across internal and external manufacturing locations.
Balance demand, capacity, inventory, and cost to support overall business objectives.
Responsible for running monthly supply review and enabling S&OP decision-making through data-driven recommendations and scenario planning.
Collaborate with manufacturing sites to understand capacity constraints and identify optimization opportunities.
Partner with Product Management and Marketing teams to prepare the manufacturing network for new product launches.
Monitor supply risks and recommend mitigation actions to ensure continuity of supply.
Drive optimization initiatives related to production allocation, network utilization, and cost efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, reporting, and business insights.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Product Management, and Planning functions globally.
About You
We are looking for a unique and talented professional who brings along the following:
A university degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, network planning, production planning, or a similar environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into clear business recommendations.
Experience working with supply planning and capacity planning processes.
Hands-on experience with supply planning and capacity planning processes.
Experience working with SAP and other planning systems.
Knowledge of reporting and analytical tools such as Tableau, BW, Power BI, or similar solutions is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
A proactive, independent working style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
