
As a Production Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Student, you will play a key role in supporting the team's efforts to optimize factory capacity and performance. This includes applying engineering principles, data analysis, and manufacturing science to improve equipment efficiency, production flow, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop models and methodologies to measure equipment performance and capabilities, factory capacity, and output.
Identify bottlenecks and risks in equipment and process flows, analyze performance data, and propose scalable solutions.
Initiate and implement optimization strategies to enhance equipment availability, utilization, and overall production output.
Analyze deviations between plan and actual performance and drive corrective actions to close execution gaps.
Respond to internal customer requests and production events in real-time.
Assist in developing engineering tools and exploring opportunities to leverage AI technologies.
Integrate engineering, data, and operational insights to drive continuous improvement and meet performance targets.
Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to cross-functional ME initiatives.
