MCC (Multi Color Corporation) is expanding our production teams in York, PA, and we’ve recently increased our hourly pay rates to better reward skilled, reliable manufacturing professionals.

What Types of Roles Are We Hiring For?
We’re hiring across the production floor, including but not limited to:
Machine Operators (Printing & Finishing)
Slitter/Rewind Operators
Production & Manufacturing Support
Quality & Inspection related roles
Entry level manufacturing roles with training provided
Applicants will be considered for the role that best fits their experience and interests.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, warehousing, or production environments is helpful but not required for all roles
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to work in a hands on, fast paced production setting
• Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required by role
• Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills
• Team oriented mindset and desire to learn

Pay & Shifts
• Hourly pay varies by role and experience (recently increased)
◦ Pay ranges from $20/hr - $27/hr starting rates, dependent on role & experience
◦ Shift differentials: $2.00/hr for 2nd shift, $1.00/hr for 3rd shift
• Multiple shifts available depending on position
• Overtime opportunities based on production needs
