Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards.

- Plan and execute the setup of new manufacturing plants.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.

- Travel internationally to visit partner plants and attend industry-related events.

- Report progress and challenges to senior management in clear English.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a production manager, preferably in the plastic industry.

- Demonstrated expertise in new plant setup and operational launch.

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

- Willingness and ability to travel abroad frequently.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
