Are you a proven manufacturing leader who knows how to bring together people, process, and performance to deliver results? Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Willoughby, OH facility.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with responsibility for driving safety, quality, operational performance, customer experience, and long-term profitability. You'll lead a manufacturing organization of approximately 60 employees while partnering closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Sales, and Scheduling to optimize production and strengthen overall site performance.

We're looking for a leader who can combine strategic thinking with a strong presence on the manufacturing floor. You'll be successful in this role if you can develop people, establish accountability, analyze performance, and move quickly to address operational challenges.
Just as importantly, you'll need to be an effective cross-functional partner who understands how Production connects with Sales, Scheduling, Engineering, and Maintenance to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong business results.

The salary range for this position is $95,300-119,100. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
