Job Description

Production Manager – Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. This is a leadership role focused on driving operational efficiency, maintaining top-tier quality, and building a strong, collaborative team culture. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be instrumental in achieving production goals while exceeding customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan & Coordinate: Develop and oversee production schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Optimize Operations: Ensure efficient, safe, and timely manufacturing processes with a focus on superior quality.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor production supervisors and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process innovation, implement lean manufacturing principles and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR for recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Track operational KPIs, analyze challenges, and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or production management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in materials management and lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience (5+ years).
  • Proven leadership in supervising teams and driving measurable results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced production environments.
