Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with strong experience in manufacturing operations.
• 
  Minimum 6 years of experience in Production Management, leading teams, improving productivity, and managing factory operations.
• 
  Strong leadership, people management, and continuous improvement skills with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• 
  Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and management levels.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets are achieved.
• 
  Drive manufacturing efficiency improvements through process optimization, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• 
  Develop and coach production teams to enhance performance, technical capability, and operational excellence.
• 
  Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies while supporting plant-wide operational goals.
