We are now getting ready for an absolutely new captivating project, the series 'Messi and the Giants', produced by Sony Music Vision, Sony Pictures Television Kids and Leo Messi Management, and broadcasted by Disney An epic saga where a young boy named Leo is transported from his home in Argentina into a fantastical alternate universe.

Job Description

Atlantis Animation is seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the production of our animated series and projects. As a Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of production are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Location Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain)

Type of contract: Full-time Employee. 100% On-Site in Tenerife

Main Responsabilities and Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met.

• Monitor budgets and ensure that production costs stay within established parameters.

• Manage the artistic and technical team and their needs, ensuring to meet project requirements.

• Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the team has the necessary tools, talent, and assets to meet production goals.

• Manage and coordinate the entire production pipeline, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

• Work closely with department heads (animation, rigging, modeling, lighting, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams.

• Identify and resolve production issues, troubleshooting problems as they arise to keep the project on track.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.

• Ensure all departments adhere to the project’s artistic and technical standards while maintaining efficiency.

• Report progress and status updates to senior management, keeping them informed on any potential risks or challenges.

• Implement and refine best practices for project management and production workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, ideally within the animation or film industry.

• Strong knowledge of the 3D animation production pipeline and workflows.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

• Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking within production environments.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

• Proficiency in project management software (Shotgun).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred:

• Experience in 3D animation production for TV, film, or digital content.

• Experience working with international teams.
