Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive safe behavior culture and implement different EHS protocols
• Ensuring timely production & dispatch of the materials as requested by the Sales team.
• Ensuring smooth operation and process control of the equipment.
• Material resource planning to maintain safety and target stock of all items used in the plant.
• Adopting the OPEX culture as and when required.
• Coordination and compliance of Internal & External audits and statutory requirements.
• Interaction with internal & external stakeholders like the dispatch team, RM purchasing team, vendors etc.
• Daily co-ordination with departmental heads of maintenance, quality & dispatch and Purchase
• Meeting the quality & efficiency parameters of product
• Meeting all departmental KPIs and Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports.
• Stock management of raw materials & conducting statutory audit
• Providing necessary training to departmental workers.
• Drive Continuous process improvement projects
• Cost Reduction and cost optimization
• OEE improvement in the Plant.
• Drive high-standard workplace management (5S) in process.
• Meeting ISO standards in process

Profile/Competencies:

Education, background, level of experience

Essential/Mandatory:

• B.Tech / M. Tech (Chemical) with minimum experience of 7-10 years
• Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in manufacturing Refractory/Chemical/Insulation products.
• Experience in operation & process controls of mixing and batching plant and boiler operation
• Basic Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge on Tunnel Oven or Tunnel kiln process
