• Production lines and operations
• Workforce planning on the shop floor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role within the food industry.
• Strong understanding of production planning and process management.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S) is preferred.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
