Our client is one of the largest marker manufacturers in South East Asia. Their products are sold in over 60 countries worldwide.
To lead and manage the entire Production Departments for continuous improvement activities on
personnel, material and capital efficiency in production floor. Besides, coordinate production
schedule and ensure quality of products meet to quality standard.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)
Secondary duties: (Approximately 20 to 30% of daily work schedule)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting.
Able to coordinate daily production operation.
Knowledge of computer softwares like ERP and Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Strong skills in leadership, decision-making and people management.
