Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager – Bakery to join our client's leading food manufacturing company. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end bakery production operations, ensuring efficient production planning, product quality, food safety compliance, and continuous process improvement while leading high-performing production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee end-to-end bakery production operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved.

• 
  Develop and implement production plans, monitor resource utilization, and coordinate manpower, raw materials, packaging materials, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• 
  Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, ISO, and Occupational Health & Safety standards while maintaining regulatory and company quality requirements.

• 
  Monitor production performance, product quality, equipment efficiency, and key operational metrics, implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve productivity and reduce waste.

• 
  Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehouse, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to optimize production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• 
  Oversee inventory control of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse coordination.

• 
  Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and staff by promoting a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous performance improvement.

• 
  Prepare production reports, analyze operational data, and recommend process improvements that enhance product quality, cost efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
