Position: Bakery Manager Reports to: Plant Director
We are looking for a Bakery Manager to join our Operations team at our Rossville Plant! Our Bakery Manager is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production bakery!

We are looking to add a strong people leader to help us coach and develop our employees, improve existing and implement new processes, and build a great culture on the floor! You will have a hands-on role working alongside the Plant Director, managing and developing production systems that increase productivity, quality, food safety, and efficiency! You must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment as there are lots of things on-the-go, including unforeseeable and changing priorities! However, you will get the opportunity to be heavily involved with improving our processes and ensuring we deliver quality products to our customers in a timely manner. You will also have a chance to develop your leadership skills further and grow your career with a progressive family-owned company.
