What The Position is About:

• Manage the production staff and installation crews, ensuring install capacities are hit monthly
• Recruit, hire, and train the production staff and subcontractor crews
• Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations of the production department and to maximize installation and warehouse efficiency
• Attend pre-construction meetings, schedule job start/completion dates, and coordinate with installers
• Create job schedules and order materials
• Ensure that teams are in compliance with safety policies and procedures, and federal/state/local regulations
• Lead monthly production meetings
• Coordinate with all vendors to ensure proper delivery schedules, project alignment, and smooth execution
• Consistently communicate with customers about their projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure install crews are completing their responsibilities on schedule with an emphasis on quality that meets and exceeds customer expectations
• Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven production leadership experience within the plumbing or bathroom industry
• High volume experience ($40M+ for several years)
• Strong computer skills (CRMs, spreadsheets)
